Our company is hunting for a bright and impressive postdoc researcher in neuro-scientific metropolitan food & biomass systems during the Department of ecological tech (http://www.ete.wur.nl/UK/). Pursuit will give attention to design of circular supply chains for meals & bio-based items close to urban centers. This is carried out by linking predefined product functionality and matching quality demands to locally available food and biomass resources (including locally produced, utilized, recovered, etc.). a design that is new has got to be developed to calculate the results of including regional resources to present food and biomass supply string also to evaluate the effect regarding the needed quality criteria and connect this to possible channels of regional resources.
